    Bob the fisher:
    • Bob has been fishing since he was 4
    • He is local, and knows everyone in the area
    • He knows all the local fishing spots, and where different fish species can be found
    • Bob is a certified fisher with the Central Fisheries Board

    Mary Byrne is great at cooking. Her favourite recipe is Chicken Soup, perfect after a successful but cold day on the water.
    Mary makes all the arrangements for the fishing trips, to ensure guests are comfortable and feel right at home throughout their holiday.
